绿茶酥

材料:无盐黄油100克(1/2 cup)、糖100克(0.44 cup)、蛋黄2个、面粉250克(2 cups)、绿茶粉20克、牛奶25克(25ml)
做法:
1、无盐黄油隔水融化,加入糖拌匀后加入绿茶粉、1.5个蛋黄和牛奶搅拌均匀。
2、筛入面粉后搅拌均匀放入冰箱冷藏20分钟。
3、把面团取出分成直径2厘米的小球然后压扁,扫上蛋黄,放在铺好油纸的烤盘中。
4、烤箱160度预热,烘烤25分钟左右即可。
裂开了,挺难看的,但是很好吃。
多放点黄油会更酥松。

INGREDIENTS (For 6 servings)
Chocolate Mousse:
4 ounces (115 grams) bittersweet chocolate, cut into small pieces
2 tablespoons (28 grams) unsalted butter, cut in small pieces
2 large eggs, separated
3 tablespoons sugar, divided
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup (120 ml) heavy whipping cream
Garnish: (optional)
Whipped cream
Fresh Strawberries
RECIPE
In a medium-sized stainless steel bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water, melt the chocolate and butter. Remove from heat and set aside to cool for a few minutes. Then whisk in the two egg yolks. Refrigerate.
In the bowl of your electric mixer (or with a hand mixer), whip the two egg whites with the cream of tartar until foamy. Gradually add two tablespoons of sugar and continue to beat until stiff peaks form, yet the whites are still glossy and not dry. Set aside.
In another bowl, whip the heavy cream, remaining one tablespoon sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
Remove the chocolate mixture from the refrigerator, and stir a couple of spoonfuls of the beaten egg whites into the chocolate mixture to lighten it, and then fold the remaining whites into the chocolate mixture, gently but thoroughly. Fold in the whipped cream.
Spoon the chocolate mousse into six individual serving dishes or glasses. Cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours. Can serve with additional whipped cream and fresh strawberries.

作法:将前两味水煎取汁,将薏苡仁煮粥八成熟,入姜、艾汁同煮至熟。
功效:具有温经、化瘀、散寒、除湿及润肤功效。适用于寒湿凝滞型痛经。
C:姜枣红糖水
材料:干姜、大枣、红糖各30克。
作法:将前两味洗净,干姜切碎末,大枣去核,加红糖煎,喝汤,吃大枣。
功效:具有温经散寒功效。适用于寒性痛经以及黄褐斑。
